The customer has the right to return the product and for return only under certain circumstance, such as:

  1. The product delivered to the customer was defective.
  2. The products were somehow damaged while being transported to the buyer’s home.
  3. Wrong product received by the customer. However, the customer is advised to check the list of the products carefully before finalising the order and go through the product description.

 

On the happening of any of the above mentioned cases the amount paid by the purchaser will be returned by the company wholly or in part. However, if the customer does not notify the company within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods, then they won’t be eligible to claim any refund or replacement of the product.  The items returned by the customer must be unused and the tags and the packaging must not be tampered with. If the customer removes the tag or breaks the packing then the goods will not be taken back. The refund will be credited to the customer’s account only after the team of experts convey a quality check on the returned product. The amount, if paid earlier by the customer will be refunded within ten working days.
